At Glow Beauty, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items, and we do not offer refunds.


1. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible to return a product only if:

  • The item is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You provide a complete unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To validate any return request:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is required.

  • The video must begin before the package is opened and show the full process of opening and inspecting the item.

  • Without this video, no return will be accepted.


3. Return Process

If your product meets the return criteria:

  1. Contact us at glowbeautyfacecream@gmail.com or WhatsApp 7306013713 within 24 hours.

  2. Share your order details, description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

  3. Upon verification, we will arrange the return or provide return instructions.


4. No Refund Policy
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product only. Replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items without unboxing video proof.

  • Returns requested beyond the 24-hour window after delivery.
